Self Healing Coating
CS-II TitaniumSH coating is our newest coating and leads the coating industry into an entirely different direction. Where most coatings are concerned with being the hardest (9h), we felt that a softer coating that self healed under the sun was far more beneficial than trying to create a surface that resisted scratching. The bottom line is that putting on a hard coating on soft paint won’t make it scratch resistant, so why not make it automatically heal while being outside? Now self healing doesn’t mean you can scratch the paint with a key down to the metal and expect it to magically heal nor does it mean that it is easily scratched. Actual scratch resistance is on par with other coatings but by being softer, it has the ability to reflow under heat.
The limits of this technology are similar to what you find on the best paint protection films from Suntek and Xpel except in those cases they require a heat gun or hair dryer to heal from damage. In our case, you just need 110-150 degF of heat which is easily achieved on a sunny day.

Why get a paint protection coating?
Once a car exits the assembly plant, its paint is subjected to harsh conditions. Through regular use, it will endure scratches from flying debris and other environmental factors. Bugs, tree sap, acid rain and bird droppings wear away the car paint through chemical reactions. In order to remove the above surface contaminants one should clean the car regularly, but the frequent cleaning will cause the paint to thin and corrode.
To preserve the original paint finish, many consumers are looking for the best sealant products. There are many to choose from, which can be quite confusing. Make sure you read and educate yourself on the appropriate one for you.
Most sealants are either oil, paraffin or wax based.
These substances eventually evaporate and can be removed easily with a wet towel. They are weak in defending against external environmental damage. Also, the chemicals from these products may be risk-factors for discoloration, can corrode the painted finish, or even cause water marks.
Other things that make paint thin and corrode are washing, cutting, polishing, weather, UV rays, and other things. Therefore, its original color is not long-lasting. Due all the various elements, a weather worn and damaged paint surface will devalue the vehicle and affect its beauty. Getting a new paint job then becomes a necessity under these conditions.
Protecting your paint in the best way possible.
The latest product from CS-II is our Titanium Permanent Coating. CS-II's Titanium Coating is the best way of protection against such damage to paint. It was developed and made to protect the weak paint from all kinds of damage. Ultimately, it adds more hardness, brings a nice luster and longer life to the surface of the paint surface on the car.
CS-II’s Titanium Coating comes in a liquid that hardens into a 9H (pencil hardness) glass film when applied onto the surface. CS-II’s Titanium Coating makes a thin protective layer which is superior in adhesive strength. With a high resistance to abrasion, it will not deteriorate with age. This protects against further corrosion. CS-II’s Titanium Coating also produces a high gloss effect which maximizes the rate of reflected light and emphasizes the new car shine.
Maintenance is the most important step after CS-II Titanium treatment for product longevity. Maintenance involves the reapplication of a fresh layer of paint protection coating onto your car at a significantly lower cost. To reduce the need for maintenance, cleaning the car with water and shampoo is the best way. Using a microfiber cloth, soap, and water is usually enough to preserve the protective qualities of the coating.
